Delivery Time: Shipping times vary based on your location. Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days within Canada and 7-14 business days for international orders.
Shipping Costs: We offer flat-rate shipping for Canadian orders and calculated rates for international shipping. Free shipping is available on orders over $100 within Canada.

Return Eligibility: We want you to love your Hallow Tallow products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds: Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them and process a refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
